I actually think he had a little thing for her.... Benedict I mean... not him as the character....I mean obviously he LOVES Martin (on set and in real life) 
and he had to at least 'think' like he liked Irene Adler enough to play the role. and he is Magnificent at acting soooooo no issues there.... but when he says "You. Repel. Me." to her I feel like his eyes look too kind. Like with how pissed his words were you would think his face would have looked like he had when them 'damn 'Muricans.' hurt Mrs. Hudson. (I say damn 'Muricans cause I am one so i can make fun of them.) but nooooo. his eyes didn't wrinkle, his brow didn't furrow much, and his mouth wasn't that 'snarling'..... sooooo this is just me, but I think he at least became close friends with her/ the actress her, cause i think though he was saying "you repel me" his expression totally made me think he was saying "let's have dinner". like seriously, idk if you see what i mean, but maybe when you go and watch Sherlock for like the billionth time.... note me with what you think. cause I could just be imagining it.... but maybe he found her fun and attractive.... who knows what's she's like off camera... well thanks for listening to my rant that was pulled into words by this wonderful Deviation!
